WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive. We will notify you as soon as your item is dispatched. In most cases your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?

We offer a flat rate postage cost of $9.95 across our range. For orders over $150 postage is free.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not offer pick up of your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this point in time we only ship within Australia.

WHAT IF THE ITEM/S I RECEIVE ARE DAMAGED?

If you do receive your items and they are damaged please contact us immediately at scentedpurpose@outlook.com.au . We ask that you include a photo of the damaged item along with a brief description of the damage. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Customer service is very important to us. If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match the description provided please send an email within 7 days to scentedpurpose@outlook.com.au Please be sure to add your name, product purchased and the reason for return. We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for change of mind.

Please note our returns policy is 14 days from the receipt of purchase.
